Started T25 today (8/19/2013)
Up until about 2 months ago, I've been working out (boot camp) 5 days a week... then summer conflicts got in the way and the weight crept up. Hubby & I started T25 today and I nearly threw up when it was over but IT WAS AWESOME. It's exactly what I needed, I was just amazed how 2 months of missing workouts would translate…
