I took a body pump class and would like to add it on here, but I really have no clue how. It was an hour long class and I have no idea how many reps of anything I was doing. It was a lot of different techniques. Any ideas how to list it?
I have been doing RevAbs for a week now and would love to add it to MFP but can't find it. Does anyone know how to add it or which category to add it under? I would prefer to just find it and click it rather than put the numbers in, I don't have exact caloric counts yet since my HRM is new to me :-/
