Hi Friends, I'm looking for new ideas as of what to have for breakfast, that will keep me in around 200 calories. I usually have a hard boiled egg with a whole- wheat toast and 4oz of orange juice, or old fashion oatmeal 1/2 a cup with 1 cup of fat free milk. Any suggestions. Frida
