Ok, I ate Chinese last night. Chicken with broccoli and steamed white rice. I stayed within my calories, but still this morning I'd put on weight.... I weigh every day, and though I'm not really too concerned with the scale (try not to be), it seems every time I eat Chinese this happens... Has anyone else ever noticed…

Virginia- Need a workout buddy!
I recently moved to Lynchburg, VA and boy do I need a workout buddy! I left my workout buddy in GA and with it my motivation to do my long walks. I really need to get back to it, but walking is so much more fun with a friend. Is there anybody out there?

Protein question
GRRRRRR!!!!:explode: What can I eat that has NO protein? I have like 500 cals left but I'm over on my protein by like 16.... HELP!!!!! I only ask cause every day I fight with my protein and everything I try to eat seems to be protein rich... even stuff w/ carbs.
