I recently moved to Lynchburg, VA and boy do I need a workout buddy! I left my workout buddy in GA and with it my motivation to do my long walks. I really need to get back to it, but walking is so much more fun with a friend. Is there anybody out there?

I also belong to a group from meetup.com called Lynchburg fit club
Its a great group we meet and do different fitness stuff.

Tessa, if you haven't located a workout buddy, try visiting WannaBuddy.com. There's an active community of diet and exercise fans, so you should be able to find someone in your zip code who wants to work out.

Is there anyone here that needs a P90X Workout Buddy via Skype or Oovoo? If you have accountability issues...like myself......virtual workout partners is the next best thing :-) If interested let me know. I have both P90X and P90X Plus :-)
