Back...Again
Hi, after having success with MFP a year and a half ago (give or take)...I am back again. I made my way off the radar while pregnant with our fourth son (now 4 months old). The little guy is getting on a schedule and I'm hoping to make time for me again. Glad to be back!

Went Shopping and Left Happy!
Yesterday, marked my 30th b-day...my husband planned a wonderful weekend for us (sans kiddos) and part of the surprise was a shopping trip. I pulled on a pair of size 8 jeans w/ ease...woohoo! I left one happy gal:smile:

Anyone use the BL Cardio Max? If so...what do you enter it in according to the exercise database? I'm doing the full dvd (warm-up, levels 1,2,3, and cool down). Thanks in advance!:flowerforyou:
