I record mine under cardio. Just put in the amount of minutes.

Since your a fan can you recommend any dvds? I have a Denise Austin that I like alot. And someone else told me that they like the Windsor Pilates ones. I want to have some variety. Thanks!

I use this website: http://www.healthstatus.com/cbc.html which is awesome and has tons of activities and you can calculate calories burned. For my MFP activities... I added it under Beginner Pilates.

I use 10MIN solutions Pilates which I got in the $5.00 bin at walmart. It has 5 different 10min segments that you can do in any order you want. I usually choose 3 different ones to do a few times a week.

Thanks (cool website btw!). It's great seeing some fellow lovers of pilates:smile: W/ my gymnastic and cheerleading background my body really seems to respond well to pilates.

I have 2 of the Winsor dvd's (Body and 30-day). My DH just picked me up the 10Minute Solution one (have not tried it yet). My favorite though is my Pick Your Level Weight Loss Pilates.
