Low-cal dip for veggies?
I like to snack on fresh veggies, but it's hard for me to eat them by themselves. Anyone have any suggetions for low-cal dips that I can try for fresh carrots, snap peas, celery, etc? Thanks! :)

Always hungry and drained!
I don't get cravings for bad foods and I don't eat them. I can live without chips, chocolate, fried food, etc. However, I do struggle with constantly wanting to eat. I watched my bf eat a pizza and I didn't eat any!!
I not only had to watch him eat it, I cooked it for him!! I wanted some soooooo badly, but I didn't even take a bite. I must've reached for it 4 times, but was able to resist!! Yay!!
