Would like to know if anyone else is a Crossfit Junkie?
How many grams of protein are in a block? This program keeps up w/ grams and I need to know how many grams are in a block so I know how many blocks I've had. This is all so overwhelming.
Why does my HRM show me burning calories when I'm just sitting around? Is this acccrate? Did I really burn 700 calories just cleaning the house w/o breaking a sweat? Can this be real? I just bought it this weekend.
