How do I Log High Intensity Interval Training?
I am doing a 30-minute 3x a week body bootcamp which is considered HIIT, but cannot figure out how it should be logged as exercise. Tried searching various terms, but getting nothing. Anybody have any thoughts? Thank you!

C25K Options
I would like to start incorporating a little more running in my routine and meet my fear of running head on. Such a wimp when it comes to running, seems like I just get winded so quickly. Does anyone have any good suggestions on a C25K (Couch to 5K) program that is good?

13,000+ Steps a day
I wear a pedometer and easily log in 13,000-16,000 steps a day. Some of these steps are walking for 'x' minutes, etc. I am wondering if there is a way to log these steps as cardio everyday other than my 30 minutes at Curves, which is 3,000 steps or the 2 mile walk I do at lunch which is 4,000 steps. Snack high in protein?
I am wondering if anybody has any ideas on high protein snacks under 100 calories? Protein seems to sustain be longer, but hard to find anything. Thoughts anybody?
