I wear a pedometer and easily log in 13,000-16,000 steps a day. Some of these steps are walking for 'x' minutes, etc. I am wondering if there is a way to log these steps as cardio everyday other than my 30 minutes at Curves, which is 3,000 steps or the 2 mile walk I do at lunch which is 4,000 steps. Not sure if there is a way to convert all my steps? Thoughts?

If its part of your regular routine, I wouldn't log it. Much like I wouldn't log house cleaning, if I don't break a sweat, I don't log it.0
