to much protein and not enough calories
I've been using mfp for almost a week now. I'm 227 lbs and I'm 29. I thought I'd be starving on this new eating plan but I'm having trouble getting calories in because I'm making healthier choices. I'm usually about 200-500 under the calorie limit that they gave me. I am usually about 20 over on my protein though. Ideas to…
