To much or not enough?
I am currently doing the slimfast 3-2-1 plan. I am only having 1200 calories a day and i am exercising at curves for 30 to 45 minutes and walking an hour. Is this enough? Should I be eating more? I need to lose 150 lbs and i am 5'6. current weight is 280 lbs.

Hi, my name is Christina. Today I started my diet. I have never been this excited about a diet before. I feel like I am really going to accomplish my goals! I have 140 lbs to get rid of. So far the day is bright and beautiful.

Exercise tips?
