I'm beginning to wonder how accurate the calorie burn on my elliptical is. The other day, it said I burned 700 cals in 50 min. I was at 20 percent incline, resistance 4 for pretty much the whole workout. I'm 43, weigh 135. Wondering if I should start entering the workout cals MFP says for elliptical instead of my machine's.
Does anyone do kettlebell workouts? I love them soooooooo much. For a DVD, it's never boring, even though I do the same one all the time. I use the Bob Harper Cardio Shred Inside Out workout (45 min) with a 10lb kettlebell. It's intense enough to have me dripping with sweat. I didn't care for the Jillian Michaels series as…
