I am a Mesomporph??
I learned that I have a "mesomorph" body type - never heard of this before. Therefore, for my body type I should supposedly increase cardio and decrease weights? Any mesomorphs, ectomorphs or endomorphs out there with thoughts / opinions ?

Does anyone "borrow" calories from the next day? For example- if I'm 250 over today cut 250 extra for tomorrow?

I have seen members have pictures of images that appear to be them at a weight and then a smaller wieght showing their progress with the same pose and clothing. How can I do this?

New to MFP! Im ready to get in shape and lose this weight ! I'm a mom of 3, wife of 12 year, and put myself on hold the last 2 years while finishing getting my BSN in Nursing and those late night study sessions really packed on the pounds!
