Flat feet run in my family -almost everyone who was "blessed" with them has gotten special orthotics inserts for their shoes. It has worked well.

Baby sat for 4 horrbile kids down the road-it was 22 years ago-and the parents would come home wasted and fighting- and Im still waiting to get paid!

As far as I am concerned- the fact that you even have to ask- you already know the answer. Even though age does not matter the older people get, there is a big maturity difference between 17 and 29.

EARLY when the family is still sleeping...but a most of wieght loss is just cutting back calories... There have been days ( or weeks) when I have not gotten in a work out- but as long as I stay in my calorie goal the weight loss has been steady... Good luck!:glasses:

Put in a movie for the 3 year old and have the 5 month old in a seat propped watching you. My kids used to laugh watching me work out- worked at my house....

This is a challenge since I dont think I have ran 50 miles in my whole life!- 11 miles so far this month and my *kitten* is so sore! It must be shrinking, right? :laugh:
