Least hungry in the morning, most hungry at night
I have this problem where when I wake up in the morning I'm at my least hungry, but as the day goes on I get hungrier. At nighttime, I always want to snack. Eating too much sugar...Help!
I just added a sugar column to my food diary and I was shocked at how much sugar I'm getting every day - some days it has been about 90 grams and I'm supposed to aim for 30 grams. Cheated over the weekend and beating myself up over it!
Not the best diet weekend -- I went out to eat a couple times and was too lazy to move around very much yesterday. Why does it take so long to lose weight?

Overcoming fear of weighing myself
