Dark or white meat on Thanksgiving Day?

I prefer dark. Yes I know it has more calories and fat, but I love me some turkey leg! If anyone can take a look at my food diary and let me know what they think for my progress today I'd like some advice. The nutrition info didn't differentiate between dark and white meat.
Also, I'm planning to go on another 30 minute walk after dinner, so I plan to burn another 200 calories after eating some of the turkey leg!

You did a great job getting your fats in for the day and your carb per meal balance is pretty good considering it's all just in three meals. You're also way under on your sodium for the day, which is nice. Wonder how the fibre is doing?
Not a bad day! Congrats on your willpower! Good for you for logging!
I personally am a fan of the white meat. I know some people find it dry, but I just find it yummy (:0 -
