Too much or okay?
Hi! I've recently gotten the fitness bug back. But when I go to the gym is worrying me. Recently, I've gone to the gym/for a run in the morning, gone to work and then gone swimming in the evening. I then take a day off and then repeat gym/swim routinue the day after. Is going twice a day but then taking a day off okay?
