Too much or okay?

Hi!

I've recently gotten the fitness bug back. But when I go to the gym is worrying me. Recently, I've gone to the gym/for a run in the morning, gone to work and then gone swimming in the evening. I then take a day off and then repeat gym/swim routinue the day after. Is going twice a day but then taking a day off okay?

    Sure! Like someone else said as long as you're getting enough food and correct nutrients to energize yourself, then it is great.

    I think as long as you feel okay with no aches and pains (well, anything more than the normal aches and pains from working out), you are fine. Especially since you are taking every other day off.

    But of course, that's just my opinion... :happy:
