Help! I feel like giving up!
I have been counting calories (1200 a day)since 17 January 2017 and exercising regularly. I've recently added running 2.5-3 miles every day into my exercising and I'm still not losing weight anymore. I've lost about 15lbs but I keep tetter-toting back from and fourth from a 15 lbs to 10lbs. I really avoid fast food,…
