Help! I feel like giving up!

I have been counting calories (1200 a day)since 17 January 2017 and exercising regularly. I've recently added running 2.5-3 miles every day into my exercising and I'm still not losing weight anymore. I've lost about 15lbs but I keep tetter-toting back from and fourth from a 15 lbs to 10lbs. I really avoid fast food, packaged foods and anything pre-made. In a typical day I drink an Olly shake for breakfast, a meta mucil fiber drink for morning snack, salad (with cucumber, tomatoes and carrots with only 1-1.5 TBS fat free dressing), another fiber drink for afternoon, and a healthy dinner (this is were the majority of my calories go but I make sure to eat small portions and that its healthy). I drink 64-74 oz of water a day, take daily vitamins, and get enough sleep but I'm stuck. I'm honestly to the point of not losing weight that I just want to give up. I have an appointment with my PCM in a few days to have him test my thyroid. If you have any advice or just want to give me some supporting words, please be my guest. Also, if giving workout advice, please know I'm 60% disabled and can't put a lot of weight on my legs/back. I can basically do cardio and light calisthenics (lunges/squats with no more than 10 lbs).

Judging from your profile picture I'd say you must be close to maintenance, if you're not already there. Maybe just concentrate on doing the exercises you can do and watching that you don't eat more than you need to. Don't give up if you're at the finish line.

I can't offer much by way of advice as I'm in a similar position but I will just say keep plodding on! It's the food that will effect your weight the most not the exercise so really look at what you're eating, weighing, measuring etc. I have no thyroid gland which apparently reduces metabolism by only about 5%. Of course being correctly medicated does help but please don't think that thyroid meds are a magic wand, they aren't! Keep up the good work and focus on what you've achieved so far.

The more leaner you are the harder it is to lose weight. Takes time, plus don't be in such a hurry. Plus you looking great. Don't worry about it.

How long ago did you add the running in? Did that coincide with your stall?

How much weight do you have left to lose? Are you content with the menu you eat and the exercise you do, or are you also fighting strong feelings about those on top of the weight loss frustration?____________________________________________

What is your current height and weight? Are you measuring portions and using a food scale? How long since you've stopped losing weight? In your profile pic you appear to be at a healthy weight already, which makes losing a harder and slower process (smaller deficits, less room for error in logging). Water retention could also be a culprit. I'd suggest adding some protein to you lunchtime salads for nutrition/satiety sake, but that purely my preference speaking.
