3wks and 3 days post op RNY and I had my first bout of the foamies. I did not know we could not throw up so I sat at the toilet waiting for 30mins and nothing happened. Not a pleasant experience. It did lead me to discover papaya enzymes to help with the cramping afterwards. But man, I will not attempt to eat that quickly…
