The low carb Ole Wraps are great if you can get them. They have wheat, spinach, and tomato. The spinach are my go to. You are doing great. Keep up the good choices.

I work in a school and while in a classroom I decided to try to slide into a desk and I FIT IN IT! I was so excited. I have been here for 3 years and not fit into a desk before.

Im in! I just completed my first 125 low impact jumping jacks while waiting for my lunch in the microwave here at the office!!! Man I did not realize how out of shape my arms are. But it feels good to move. Will log when I complete my 400 today .:flowerforyou:

It was an amazing episode. With all that Tony went through in that year (leaving his fiancee because she did not support his decisions, being homeless, losing his son) and he still kept a smile on his face and managed to not only meet but beat his intended goal!!! So inspiring!!! I will definitely be watching this season.
