Sometimes asking questions like this can lead to the realization that not only is working out not as bad as once thought to be but fun! My favorite part of my diet and exercise plan is going to Zumba and eating so well in a day that I can't wait to see what I weigh in the morning. What's yours?

Why does my daily goal for calories seem to change after I've entered all my food for the day or the day has passed? Is this happening to anyone else?
Anyone have troubles with sleep eating? It's really rare but it's been kicking my butt lately and I was wondering if anyone else has this issue.
Just an FYI for my norman ladies. I go to Zumba at Trinity Baptist Church(behind Tahumaras) tuesdays and thursdays. It's so much fun.
