Only when I can't find another way to log my food. I find that I usually have to use it for meat but I do try to avoid it. If i have to estimate I just log it for a little more than what I think it is, that way my calories may be lower than I logged rather than higher.

While the end result was not perfect I say WAY TO GO! You helped your son see that although it may be easier to just let the bully get away with it that people who mistreat you should be held accountable.

Yea,my doctor told me to stay away from nuts and things that are hard to chew so that I don't choke. I don't know if you were joking or not about the cake in the house but the thing about that is most sleep eaters live with other people.I feel guilty that we can't keep a lot of things that my husband and son like in the house due to my sleep eating. I think maybe shouting a quick "Keep up the good work" or "Way to go" would suffice and be much better than walking up to them and basically starting a conversation that will lead to their weight while distracting them from the hard work they're doing.

Until I got serious about my diet on the first of the year I hadn't either. I'd wrestle back and forth with the same 10lbs and try to work out sporatically while eating what I wanted. Keep fighting the good fight.We'll get there:)
