Popcorn?
I find at night that I like dessert, something, almost anything. I'm allowing 1-2 x week with a low fat, low sugar ice cream bar or frozen yogurt and I eat a TON of s/f jello with some whip cream. "Real" Eggs vs Egg Beaters?
I find that the protein for breakfast keeps me going in the morning. Wondering what everyone's thoughts are on eggs vs egg beaters. The sodium in the egg beaters is kind of high and most meat added, makes it worse.

Someone noticed!
Today a coworker noticed and commented on my loss. It's not a lot of weight (yet) but what an awesome feeling. I've been struggling and that totally re-energized my dedication!:happy:
