Yes, they'll do all that and more and you will love LOVE LOVE them - adopt, hit your local humane society or a shelter - there are a TON of dogs who need homes and many will be past the puppy stage - We have three (one little guy and two big labs) and I can't imagine our lives without them!

I leave mine alone as long as I'm losing weight and feeling good. If I cut it and I get hungry, then I know I can't sustain that long-term.

The ladies have shrunk (a lot!) but even more - I miss my insulation - I am cold all the time!! I never used to need even a long sleeved shirt, now I need a long sleeved shirt over a thermal shirt and under a sweatshirt - only time I'm warm, working out :sad:

THIS!! This is a huge help for me. Saying I can't is like waving the red flag in front of the bull - the minute you say I CAN'T do something it becomes my number one priority. Saying I don't says I have a choice and choose not to, at least not now. And you do have a choice! Best of luck!

I have one - I got it from eBay for around $70 - I clip it to my bra and it stays there. It works wonderfully for helping to motivate me to walk more. I was shocked to see how little I walk during the work day (desk job). For actual burn during excercise - I have an HRM.

This is about perfect - but the sodium, that's the reason for pounds coming/going like they have. The sodium is crazy wicked when it comes to water retention and it can take me a week to lose what I gained from a few days of sodium

I do almost the same thing... elliptical for 30 mins, strength including 5 leg/lower body machines and then another 30 mins on a bike. I've never had a problem
