what's the deal w/no weight lost?
I've been logging cals for 2 1/2 wks now. My goal is only 1 lb a week, I only have 9 to lose. I've been exercising and staying real close to my goal calories and yet...nothing. Only 6 lbs. down, but body has changed! (pics)
this is 4 years ago, 144 lbs. I'm 5'5" before I started an exercise routine Now, I'm 138 lbs. Went down to 131 at one point and have crept back up in the last year. Any Body Pump Instructors out there who know how many cals burned during teaching the one hour class? I sweat a ton, get breathless teaching, but cal figures I've seen are all over the board! just curious...
