I wish I could help! I"m in the same boat. I teach Body Pump 3x a week and add high cardio on two other days, walking on the others. Can't seem to shake any weight. I'm 5'5" and 139 lbs. right now, what gives! i'll check back to see what advice you get in hopes of it helping me!! lol :)

I too love it, love it, love it! Took it for 3 yrs and decided to get trained as an instructor. I love teaching and we recommend you start light to get the correct form and technique down then add on weight as you go to push the muscles to the max! I've had mine almost 2 yrs now. I have 3 kids and felt no pain whatsoever getting it put in. I guess it's different for everyone! I have very light periods, if any at all, no cramping, it's just fabulous. Good luck with your decision!!

I'm only 5'5" and 29 yrs old. All-time high of 175 when I delivered my daughter, lowest ever was 130, just want the scale to budge back down a bit. Have a 29" waist right now and liked when it was 27", no muffin top per se, but know I've been lower before and want it back! lol
