Any Body Pump Instructors out there who know how many cals burned during teaching the one hour class? I sweat a ton, get breathless teaching, but cal figures I've seen are all over the board! just curious...

I average about 325 - 375 per class when I teach pump.

I lift heavy, sweat profusely, and am sucking wind by the end of most tracks.
