Help I feel like i Have hit like a stopping point and not losing any more weight I feel like I am building muscle but don't feel like I am getting any smaller the scale is definitly rubbing that in my face. I need to know how bad are carbs really and how many does your body need to stay healthy?? I am having a hard time with carbs,I understand you need some for energy. And any thoughts on low carb meals or foods that have worked for you???? Thanks any suggestions would be greatly apperciated!!!!

I need help
I cannot get in all my calories in a day, and it is not because I do not eat it is because I feel full after eating any suggestions on how i can fill in my empty calories with out feeling like im over eating and feel fat. Treadmill
I am curious about treadmill walking. I recently started walking on the treadmill and I love it being able to see how many miles I walk and how fast. Now the my question is, Is it the same or better then just walking on the street?? Can anyone help me?? :tongue:

protein intake
I always go over my allowed protein. Is that gonna affect my weight loss goals. Because isn't protein good for building muscle as long as you are working out with it? I am so confused at the moment can anyone help me with this.
