We all have those days, don't let it get you down and you are allowed one cheat day if that helps any. I try to save mine for days when I know im not gonna be home and have to eat on the run all the yummy fast food I usually don't allow myself to have :) keep up the hard work you are doing great!!!

I just figured out mine so I weigh 180 right now and at midlevel intensity for 1 hour is 643 calories burned!!!!!

Yes I will why try and hide what you eat? If you becareful and use portion control there should be no reason to worry!!!! I loggd thanksgiving so i will defintly log christmas!!!

You will be great. Most people will not make fun of anybody. Just make sure you have a spotter if possible, free weights are scary!!! I won't do them unless my husband is there to spot me. If possible id there a trainer available to help you with form? If so utilize that option!!!

I think weekly because daily would get frustrating if you don't see a loss. I weigh weekly at home and monthly with my trainer along with my measurments.

I let my trainer do all my measurments because I don't feel like I am doing them right or in the right spots. So maybe watching her do it a few times I will catch on to the right spots to measure!!!!!

Thanks for all the advice!!! I am so worried I am gonna gain if i eat to much and starve if I don't eat enough. I get that full felling so easy, but I will definitly try nuts!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the advice. I love to walk outside as well but its getting to cold. I will continue to do both as long as the weather allows me to walk outside. I really like to be outside especially this time of the year when the leaves are changing color so pretty!!!!

Love it!!!!!!!!!! I pulled out my tape measure today and it shows way better results then the scale. So happy to lose inches as wella s weight!!!!!
