Try changing the weight training routines you do and doing different forms of cardio.
For instance, if you are only doing machines, start doing free weights. If you only do elliptical and stationary biking, add in some swimming.
No way to tell until you try, eh?0 -
I happens when you start to lose weight you hit a stopping point. Hold it out a little longer and you will se more lbs drop. If your doing a lot of weights then deff. up your cardio. Cardio jumpstarts the metabolism and sweats the fat away. I always do more cardio then weights, to make sure not to bulk up. Weights are very important to losing weight just got to find that balance. I have lost 80lbs in 6 months (healthy diet and exercise) and had another child and gained half of it back. So i need to lose it all over again. But when i did lose the 80 lbs it was cardio cardio cardio and free weights. Good luck and never give up!0

Agreed! I would definitely up your cardio (depending on the amount you do now of course) and try to switch it up. I definitely find that I achieve way better results by doing a combination of elliptical, track, bike and circuits than if I were to just use the elliptical every day. Good luck0 -
