Your diary is set to private, but nuts and peanut butter are a good way to boost calories without having to eat a lot.0

Your diary is private, so we can't see it.
If you feel like you can't eat any more, then you can increase your calories by eating stuff with higher calorie density - forget the "diet" foods and eat real food - full fat natural yoghurt, cheese, avocado, salad dressing with olive oil, nuts, bananas, red meat etc.
And gradually increase the volume of food you eat at each meal - if you try to change too fast it will be harder, take it slow but build up to the amount you need to eat to stay healthy.0 -
Make sure you're getting plenty of water as it assists with digestion. Also, you might consider digestive enzymes or probiotics (even yogurt would be a good step). As for the carbs, just don't eat 'em. Also, you might want to space your meals out a little more and have five or six 200-300 calorie meals throughout the day to give your tummy a chance to digest better. Also, never eat until at least three hours have passed. Good Luck!0

I don't think carbs should be an issue for you right now. Just focus on adding more calories. Add more fruits and veggies. Maybe add some sliced apples to your oatmeal in the morning. And have some veggies as a snack. Or have a chicken salad for lunch instead of the weight watchers. And I second the nuts. If you only eat the serving size they're not that filling but they have a good amount of nutrient-rich calories.
kalexander, you said never eat until at least 3 hours have passed. Do you mean since you last ate? Why is that? I'm usually hungry way before that especially in the morning.0 -
I just took a quick peek at your diary. You are doing a great job btw. I would suggest maybe switching to 1% or 2% milk, and if you like nuts, try having a handful of almonds. Just doing this should knock your calories up by about 200 cals. Peanut butter is great too. Or if you're using fake butter products, try real butter.
Good luck-keep up the great work!0 -
Thanks for all the advice!!! I am so worried I am gonna gain if i eat to much and starve if I don't eat enough. I get that full felling so easy, but I will definitly try nuts!!!!!!!!!0
