House exercise.
Hi. I'm currently working 24 hr shifts live in. (Nursing) I was wondering if anyone could suggest exercises I could do inside? (Core, light cardio) There is a set of stairs. (12) I do not have access to a DVD player etc. Thanks. :)

Hello I'm using Tony Hortons 10 minute trainer. (I do 20 minutes depending on what is recommended on the training calender) I was wondering if anyone knows what the calories burned are? Maybe I should put it as core training?

Back for good
I have been away for some time and now I'm back to lose this weight and be the healthiest me I can be. I had a family death and some other things to deal with that kept me away. Food date base frustration
I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but some of the food numbers are totally off in the nutritional information. One item I was going to enter for dinner was 70 a calorie difference!
