USDA and Calories
So according to the USDA I should be eating 1800 calories to maintain and 1600 to lose weight. Fit2Radio also has me at 1600 calories. Have I been hurting myself eating only 1370? I'm 4'11" and 27 CW: 188.8 GW: 120 Sedentary lifestyle

My Mini Victory!!!
I'm so excited. When I started my change roughly a month ago I was in almost too tight 15/16 jeans and now my 13/14 jeans are loose on me. I keep looking at the tags to make sure my eyes aren't playing tricks on me. So all in all 8lbs was almost a size and a half for me. On to more mini victories!!!
