Hello All,
Last year in May I joined MFP after losing 15 lbs and lost an additional 15 lbs while on MFP. Those 15 lbs with MFP all happened in a 3-month period. Then I fell of the face of the earth. Life got really complicated and I couldn't help it and fell into my old routines. Having done it before I know I can be successful again, but I'm gonna need all the encouragement I can get! :blushing:

My goal is to be 120 lbs by September and I know that's a bit unrealistic. :noway: So my realistic goal is 140 - 150 lbs. I'm going to Cancun in September and I want to look my best. That's not the only reason I want to lose the weight: I feel icky about myself. :mad: After losing 30 lbs and being able to a lot more things and then gaining it all again and feeling blah (no energy and no motivation). I realize that I need to do this for myself and to show my family that we can beat those statistics!!!

Glad to be back!!! As of Monday, that is. Grocery shopping tomorrow and I should be all set!!!
