sniffly, but wanting to workout!
so i've been sick for about a week. its not too terrible right now, but im a little sniffly, and coughing a lot. i havent been to the gym in two weeks, and i want to go SO bad. i just dont know if overexertion is going to help my cold, or would it make it worse? :frown: help, i feel so LAZY and fat lately. i must get back…

Low Cal "Grilled" cheese!
1 Thomas 100-calorie english muffin. 2 slices Kraft 2% reduced fat American cheese slices. Toast the muffin. Top each half with a cheese slice, zap it in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds, add a dash of pepper, and you get yummy, cheesy goodness! Only 190 cals total! :drinker: one of my faves. :bigsmile:

3 crunchy tacos from taco bell!?
so.. i just added up my food diary (with 251 EXTRA cals with exercise :wink: ) and i can have three hard shell tacos from taco bell without going over on my cals, fat, carbs, ANYTHING! this makes me quite excited. or, should i NOT be so excited about it? :frown:

no good at running. :(
any tricks/tips to make running a little easier to do? i think maybe its because the whole time i'm looking at the clock going "omg, its only been three minutes?!" and i already feel like i'm dying. some good music pumps me up fairly well. i guess i just need to get outta this mental state im in. :grumble:

i was bad! :(
so.. with my exercise calories added in, i was allowed about 1,400 cals today... and i ate probably closer to 1600. :sad: tell me this isnt THAT big of a deal, and that it happens often, and i should just quit worrying about it. :frown: help!

loose pants!
woo hoo!! i bought a pair of pants a while back for work, they waist was originally fairly tight but i liked it cuz it squeeeeezed in my flab. :laugh: i couldnt even sit down in them without putting a lot of strain on the buttons. i went to put them on this morning for work, and even around the FLAB they were loose! i am…
