1 Thomas 100-calorie english muffin.
2 slices Kraft 2% reduced fat American cheese slices.
Toast the muffin. Top each half with a cheese slice, zap it in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds, add a dash of pepper, and you get yummy, cheesy goodness!
Only 190 cals total! :drinker:

I use 2 slices Pepperidge Farms Litestyle Oatmeal Bread
1 or 2 slices of deli sliced american cheese (1/2 oz)
spray each side with butter cooking spray or I actually use 1/2 teaspoon real butter softened
Place sandwhich on a George Forman Grill
With the grill I dont even need the butter. Just spray the grill with OVEOO to keep from sticking.
