Hi, new crossfitter here. I was just wondering how long it took (for those of you who weren't "fit" to begin with) doing crossfit to notice a difference. Both in performance and appearance. (I know, everyone will be different and it depends an a lot of factors, but I'm curious.) :smile:

I just switched to eating greek yogurt for the added protein. I've noticed that the yogurt that is REALLY packed with protein is the plain flavor. But I can't stand eating plain yogurt...I think it's nasty. (Personally, I mostly just eat strawberry flavored yogurt.) Does anyone have suggestions for what/how to add stuff in…
I first saw them at Olive Garden earlier this year. You can get a "Dolcini": a little cup filled with a dessert, with 5 different options to choose from. Their website says they are 210-290 calories.
