Daily short term goals?
My trainer said I need to up my water (I hardly drink any!) and my protein intake everyday to get where I want to be.... So, my daily goal is 140oz of water and 140g (!!!!) of protein. Is it ok to do pushups every day?
I'm trying to up my ability to do pushups. I can only do them when I lean against something (like a 45 degree angle) for now. I've been doing them on arm/upper body days at the gym. My sodium is out of control!
