What is the one thing that is helping you the most?
For me, it's focusing on the fact that I'm not on a diet, I'm on a mission to change my whole life. So, that gives me a lot of perspective: I'm in a for the long haul so I won't collapse if I fall off the wagon for a day or a meal....I'm looking at my life as a whole -- food, exercise, even the types of friends I want to…
