help! when I started MFP 3 weeks ago, I entered that I wanted to lose 1 1/2 pounds per week, which gave me 1270 calories a day. When you exercise and "earn" more calories, do you have to eat all or any of the calories you "earned"?? Can you just stick with your daily amount?
