Weight Lifting vs. Resistance Training
Is there a difference in the results you will get if you do resistance training versus actual weight lifting? I'm just curious if there's a big difference or if you'll get similar results doing either one. Anyone know?

What was your last straw?
I'm curious to see what was that last thing that pushed you enough to finally change your life and get in shape. Mine was being mistaken for someone at work who I thought was much heavier then I was. That was the motivation I needed to make a change.

Posting progress to facebook
Has anyone linked their myfitness account to their facebook account? If so, are you glad you did it? I'm debating doing this, but am not sure what to expect. I thought having my progress public might help motivate me, but I'm also concerned it may end up being discouraging. So I was wondering what other people experienced…

Burning off yesterday's calories
I was wondering...say you eat 200 more calories then you were supposed to on Monday, if you burn off an extra 200 calories the next day and don't eat those calories back, will you still be where you would have been if you had burned the calories off on the same day? Or does it hurt you to wait until the next day?
