If you could only give ONE piece of advice to someone just starting MFP and eating healthy, what would your wise words be? And remember it can only be ONE thing. I would suggest that they eat a good breakfast because I find that it is easier to stay on track during the day if I start the day full.

Daily Strength Training
Is it beneficial to do the same full body strength training routine every day? I ask this because that seems to be what the 30 day shred is and that seems to help people get results, but I was always told you were supposed to rest a day in between. Was I told wrong?

Before and During

Trouble losing weight while on BC
Has anyone else found it harder to lose weight while taking an oral contraceptive? I've upped my water intake to attempt to remove any extra water that my body might be hanging onto, I'm just wondering if there are any other tricks or tips to help with the weightloss process while taking an oral contraceptive.
