Ideas for Improving Scrambled Eggs

Options
I'm looking for some new ways to make scrambled eggs that involve adding different spices and vegetables. I currently make mine with sausage and cheese, but am getting bored. I've thought of adding in some salsa or maybe crushed tomatoes with some italian seasonings (I never know how much seasoning to put in though), but am interested in any good recipes you all might have. Thanks!

We're vegetarians (ovo-lacto) in my house so feel free to add meat to this but, we make a scramble with egg, cheese, peppers, mushrooms, onions, black beans, cyanne, garlic, salt and pepper. Put salsa on top of that and its a breakfast fiesta!
Honestly no two scrambles are ever the same we use whatever veggies we have available to us.
Edit: oh and a splash of milk to make it fluffy!

I just make mine with green peppers onions and tomatoes.

But add whatever veggies you like- it's like an omelette- but without the effort of making an omelette.

This morning, I sautéed some asparagus in olive oil, a good fat, and then added eggs to scramble. Delicious. Sometimes I will add a little feta cheese.

I like to wilt a big handful of spinach, and cream it with a laughing cow chipotle cheese wedge.

Then I scramble my eggs with diced onions, red peppers, broccoli, mushrooms... whatever I have on hand.

Add the eggs to the spinach, then add a big spoonful of salsa, mix it all up and enjoy.

    ETA: spelling errors.

Put your fingers in the spice jar and grab as much as fits between 2 fingers. Grind it between your fingers into the eggs. Taste to see if you want more next time.

Various cheeses including grating cheese, cheddar, and cottage.

It's yummy to chop onions and or pepper and fry them before adding eggs to the pan.

Add any leftover vegetables or fruit, but only add sweet spices if using fruit.

Salsa, pesto, what have you sauces including spaghetti are good too.

My favourites are a selection from:

    Spinach
    Tomatoes
    Mushroom
    Ham
    Chicken
Cheese ( blue cheese very nice!)
Smoked salmon ( and a teaspoon of caviar!)

A little pinch of fresh thyme leaves works well.

If you add worcestershire sauce to them before cooking they will come out grey.
The improvement for me was the kids wouldn't eat them, so I got more.
    And they tasted good.

I add whatever vegetables are around. Lately, I just like them scrambled with coconut oil and fat free cottage cheese. It's almost decadent.
