Does anyone have any favorite healthy recipes that are meat and veggie centric?

Grilled sirloin with grilled mushrooms and onions and then a side of broccoli or salad.

Grilled salmon with a side of steamed snap peas and rice.

Roasted chicked with red potatoes, carrots and onions.

Roasted turkey with steamed broccoli and cauliflower and baked sweet potato (and the turkey can be used for lunches for the week)

    Pork tenderloin with sauerkraut

Sorry, not so much recipes as meals but I hope it helps.

My favorite easy dish that we make almost everyone month is roasted veggies and sausage. I get the precooked chicken sausage from Trader Joe's and two of three different veggies (zucchini, squash, potato, carrot, cauliflower, etc). The veggies get tossed in some olive oil and seasoning (I usually do whatever will complement the flavors) and then roasted for about 30-40 minutes. I generally throw the sausage in the last 5-10 minutes so they heat up and get warm. Super yummy!

The easiest way to have a meat and veggie centric meal is to just swap in another veggie dish, or even just some microwaved frozen veggies. So if you usually have chicken, broccoli, and rice, why not have another vegetable in place of the rice?
