Only been on here a couple of weeks and things are going well, but I'd like to focus my exercise a bit on specific areas. I'm a 38 year old guy and want to lose some fat specifically in the chest and stomach - the result of too much beer over the years! Are there any exercises anyone would recommend for this? thx
