Exercise advice needed

Only been on here a couple of weeks and things are going well, but I'd like to focus my exercise a bit on specific areas. I'm a 38 year old guy and want to lose some fat specifically in the chest and stomach - the result of too much beer over the years!

Are there any exercises anyone would recommend for this?

    you can't target fat loss. But you can increase your deficit without sacrificing too many calories, you do that by increasing your cardiovascular exercise amount, which allows you to eat closer to what you normally would and still retain the deficit you need to reduce fat.
